Have you ever moved to a new city or country? Were you surprised by anything? Did you find anything particularly difficult to adjust to?

     I never moved to another city or place our or in of Puerto Rico. Last summer I visited several places like Orlando, Florida, New York and New Jersey. First, I thought "Wow I'm going to travel to the United States to visit my family, but for my surprise I was no expert talking English. It all started when I arrived to the airport at Orlando, Florida, when my family needed to ask directions.

  A strange guy asked me where he can find the bathroom, I was nervous because my English pronunciation is bad because I mix English words with Spanish ones. Then some people talked to me and I was afraid of answering because I could say a word that they might not understand and laugh at me. But with the time my English went progressing and getting better so when I went to New York my pronunciation was a little bit good than before and the people understood me, so pronunciation was my only difficulty.

  In conclusion, my experience was great, because i made a lot of new friends and learned to talk better English. My cousins helped me a lot to improve my English language and now I know how t  o speak it better, i know how to pronunciate the words better and now I'm not afraid no more of talking English.
